There are still some spaces available in the Spring family psycho-educational programs. I've indicated the number available as of this issue created. If the dates do not work well for your schedule, you are welcome to register for a program in a different community. Tara Maxwell will be facilitating all programs.

Canadian Mental Health Association of Simcoe County is hosting their 6th Annual Start Talking Golf Tournament. To register, scroll below and click the image to go to their website.
If you would like ongoing support here are places you can contact. To have 24/7 support, Crisis Services at 705-728-5044 will get you to speak with a live mental health professional. You may also see them in-person by calling the same number and ask for a mobile service.
To inquire about services at Canadian Mental Health Association of Simcoe County, you may call and speak with the On-Duty Worker Monday-Friday (9am-4pm) at 705-726-5033, anyone can also walk-in, without an appointment, and speak with the On-Duty Worker at 88 Mulcaster St., second floor.
Family members interested in speaking with an addiction counselor may contact the On-Duty Worker for this service at 705-726-5033.
911 is always available for immediate, emergency service.
