A busy Fall season of family educational programs are closely coming to end for 2016. There will be programs offered again in the Spring of 2017. The holdiay season is quickly approaching and this becomes a busy and stressful time of year. So many events, parties and gatherings with family and friends. Keep connected with our social media for articles related topics on coping through the holiday season, you can find our pages here.
The Barrie Family Support Group will be available see below in this issue for details of this group.
If you would like ongoing support here are places you can contact. To have 24/7 support, Crisis Services at 705-728-5044 will get you to speak with a live mental health professional. You may also see them in-person by calling the same number and ask for a mobile service.
To inquire about services at Canadian Mental Health Association of Simcoe County, you may call and speak with the On-Duty Worker Monday-Friday (9am-4pm) at 705-726-5033, anyone can also walk-in, without an appointment, and speak with the On-Duty Worker at 88 Mulcaster St., second floor.
Family members interested in speaking with an addiction counselor may contact the On-Duty Worker for this service at 705-726-5033.
911 is always available for immediate, emergency service.
