Hello everyone!

This is Mental Health Week from May 3 - 9, 2021. This year's theme is understanding our emotions. Regardless of whether or not we have a mental illness, our mental health is something we can protect and nurture. Everyone deserves to feel well and understanding our emotions is a part of feeling well. Putting a name to our uncomfortable emotions can help us to feel better; family caregivers can access support to do this through virtual psycho-education and support groups.

The posters for the upcoming educational sessions and support groups are included below.
