These sessions will be offered on the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) website. Each session will be able to have 16 participants plus 1 facilitator. Register as soon as you know which date you can attend. Details on how to register and joining a session are included on the posters.

In light of recent events, our 4th Annual "Keep Talking" Gala is adopting a new direction. We respect these are challenging times and for that very reason, we are taking our Gala to a VIRTUAL PLATFORM! Thank you for STAYING HOME and enjoying our newly formatted "Keep Talking" Gala!

BounceBack Ontario

BounceBack® is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
