September has arrived, school has started up again and everyone is getting back into their regular routines after the summer months. We are too at FMHI, the Fall 2018 family caregiver educational programs are beginning. Wasaga Beach started this week, if you are interested in attending there are still spots available. Email me, Tara Maxwell, at tmaxwell@cmhastarttalking.ca and you can join in to this program as we start week 2 on September 11.

If you would like ongoing support here are places you can contact. To have 24/7 support, Crisis Services at 705-728-5044 will get you to speak with a live mental health professional. You may also see them in-person by calling the same number and ask for a mobile service.
To inquire about services at Canadian Mental Health Association of Simcoe County, you may call and speak with the On-Duty Worker Monday-Friday (9am-4pm) at 705-726-5033, anyone can also walk-in, without an appointment, and speak with the On-Duty Worker at 88 Mulcaster St., second floor.
Family members interested in speaking with an addiction counselor may contact the On-Duty Worker for this service at 705-726-5033.
911 is always available for immediate, emergency service.
