Hello everyone!

I hope everyone has been enjoying the sunshine and warmer days we have been experiencing. The first day of summer is approaching and the supports available for family caregivers will look a little different as I take my summer vacation in July and August. The virtual family caregiver support group will continue to meet through the summer months. The psychoeducational educational sessions will pause and resume in September. I will keep everyone current through this newsletter. I will be away for a week this month, dates are below. For support, contact Crisis Services or COAST 705-728-5044 or dial 911 for emergencies.

To stay current and connected with the Family Mental Health Initiative (FMHI), I invite you to follow FMHI on Facebook, I look forward to seeing you there!

Best regards,
Tara Maxwell
